The mainframe and base are crafted from high-strength spheroidal graphite iron QT500-7, precision-machined by a numerical control center to withstand heavy pressure during long-term use. Critical components like the crankshaft and worm gear use imported high-grade alloy steel, treated with quenching and high-temperature tempering for extended durability. Selected European, Japanese, and Taiwanese electrical/pneumatic parts enhance stability and reduce breakdowns.
Featuring 12 independent heating zones (50~199℃ adjustable), the machine enables precise temperature control for different stamping needs, saving energy by avoiding overheating. A Taiwan TECO main motor paired with a Panasonic inverter optimizes power consumption while ensuring smooth operation. The server motor controls foil feeding and collection, enhancing accuracy and reducing material waste.
