The AEM-800T Automatic Hot Stamping And Die Cutting Machine is a high-performance all-in-one post-press equipment, built for industrial packaging and printing enterprise users. This high precision die cutting machine achieves ≤±0.1 mm die-cutting accuracy and ≤±0.125 mm stamping accuracy, ensuring consistent finished product quality in long-run production. It minimizes defective rates, cuts material waste, and lowers production costs for industrial manufacturers.
The full servo system precisely manages foil feeding, sheet conveying and delivery, with a max machine speed of 7000 S/H and max stamping speed of 6000 S/H. It drastically improves production throughput, shortens order turnaround time, and helps enterprise users capture more market opportunities.
With 8 independent heating zones, separate temperature setting and 50~199℃ thermostatic control, this servo controlled hot stamping machine adapts to diverse foil and material characteristics, ensuring uniform vivid stamping for complex patterns, eliminating color difference and uneven stamping defects.
