Equipped with a servo motor-driven fully automatic feeder, the machine ensures stable and precise paper feeding. It is paired with 8 pieces of 30mm friction belts made of soft rubber compound, 4 back carton supports, and 3 front paper supports (with quick adjustment for substrate thickness), minimizing material waste and enhancing production consistency.
A full-color video monitor is integrated to supervise the final product at the end of the machine. This feature allows operators to detect defects in real time, enabling instant adjustments and maintaining strict quality control standards throughout the production process.
Carriers in the aligning, pre-fold, and crash lock units can be electronically adjusted in and out of working positions via remote control. This design simplifies batch changes, reduces setup time, and improves overall operational efficiency.
The adjustable top carriers are fitted with an independent lever system, which can apply customized pressure for substrate carton blank alignment. This ensures neat and accurate folds for every box type, eliminating misalignment issues that often affect product quality.
The optional 4&6 corner module comes with two 2kw servo drive motors and dedicated folding hooks (3 for 4-corner boxes and 3 for 6-corner boxes). It supports left or right-side folding of 6-corner box lids, expanding the machine’s production versatility to meet specialized packaging demands.
