The YJS-900FL Hookless Folder Gluer Machine is a revolutionary device designed for hookless carton manufacturing. It excels in high-speed production of straight line boxes, bottom lock boxes, 4&6 corner boxes, side glue boxes, box inside boxes, mini boxes, and special-shaped (irregular) boxes. It is particularly suitable for industries like FMCG, toy packaging, daily necessities, and e-commerce, where efficient and low-maintenance packaging production is crucial.
With a max speed of 400 meters/min, this machine maintains high efficiency while adopting a hookless design that eliminates traditional hook-related wear and jams. It is compatible with 200~800 gsm cardboard, E-flute corrugated board, and F-flute corrugated board, offering strong adaptability to different packaging material demands.
The integrated hookless unit reduces mechanical friction between components, cutting maintenance costs by up to 30% compared to hook-equipped models. This design also extends the machine’s lifespan and ensures smoother, more stable operation during long production runs.

The 4&6 corner device is powered by two 2kw servo drive motors, with 3 folding hooks for 4-corner boxes and 3 for 6-corner boxes. It supports left or right-side folding of 6-corner box lids, providing flexible setup options for specialized packaging needs.
A movable touch screen module simplifies programming of folding hook speed, position, and electronic angle. The intuitive interface allows operators to quickly adjust settings, even for those with limited technical experience, improving operational efficiency.
Removable center top and bottom carriers adapt to narrow paper widths, enabling efficient small-size box production. This feature expands the machine’s application range, allowing it to cater to both medium and small carton manufacturing needs.
